Fiona delivered two customer service workshops for our team at Working In. I was impressed with how well Fiona immersed herself in our business prior to delivering the workshops to ensure that the workshop content was customised and tailored to what the team and our business needed. I came to Fiona looking for a clear direction on the ‘right’ tasks for my business and to increase conversions and sales.
